PACE Theatre Company is delighted to announce its programme of festive experiences aimed at ages 7 and under, with plans to transform its space at The Art Department into a Winter Wonderland!
From the team that created ‘The House-proud Mouse’, Aunt Alma’s Attic is a delightful performance for ages 0-5. Join the adventure with Rosie, a neat and tidy mouse who loves organising. Rosie visits her very messy Aunt Alma’s cluttered attic to help clean up. As Rosie dusts off forgotten boxes, the attic transforms before her eyes into a world of wonders and wonderful characters. Along the way, Rosie and Aunt Alma learn the magic of memories, all while making things tidy, of course!
Written and directed by Lyndsey Graham, with original music by Alan Orr and lyrics by Iona Ramsay, and performed by Eleanor Farrelly and Iona Ramsay.
There will also be a revival of Beau and the Snow Fairy – an interactive theatre show for ages 3-7. Step inside the world of Beau’s Emporium, where a magical secret is waiting to be told. Join Beau, the toymaker, as they journey into an enchanted world beyond their imagination. With original music, ‘Beau and the Snowfairy’ will be a fun-filled and festive show for the whole family.
Written and directed by Iona Ramsay, with original music by Bethany Tennick, and performed by Eleanor Farrelly and Iona Ramsay.
And finally, December will see the return of PACE’s digital immersive playspace, The Anything Place with a series of Christmas specials. Join in with the Anything Disco – a daytime disco for under 5s and their grown-ups; Drama Explorers workshops with playful experiences for children and carers to enjoy together based on a magical Christmas theme; and Anything Stories Christmas Specials, a fun, interactive storytelling adventure inspired by the story of the Grinch and perfect for children under 5.
