The third video in a series helping children aged 7-11yrs, to recognise, express and regulate their emotions through creative dance and movement.
Created by dance movement psychotherapist Fiona Anderson, this video combines dance therapy theories into fun improvisations, warm ups and games that will keep children engaged whilst helping them to relax and improve their emotional intelligence.
